Overview

The University of Minnesota's Hubert H. Humphrey School ranks 16th among public affairs programs, according to U.S. News and World Report, and offers five distinct masters degrees in public policy, urban and regional planning, science, technology, and environmental policy, international development, and public affairs. The School's four certificate programs include public affairs leadership, policy issues on work and pay, nonprofit management (an area in which we are ranked 3rd nationally), and early childhood policy.

The School is widely recognized for its role in examining public issues and shaping public policy at the local, state, national, and international levels, and for providing leadership and management expertise to public and nonprofit organizations.
