Dr. Alexandra Chinchilla, Assistant Professor at The Bush School of Government and Public Service, co-authored a piece with Lt. Col. Jahara Matisek (US Naval War College) in Foreign Affairs on European efforts to enhance Ukraine’s fighting capabilities—from training Ukrainian forces on new weapons systems to preparing them for complex combined-arms operations.
